Bespoke Sites ("we", "us", "our") is a web design studio providing website design, development, hosting and care-plan services. We are the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us through the project brief form on this website:

• your name and email address;
• your company name and phone number (if provided);
• the details of your project, including project type, goals, timeline and budget.

We do not set tracking cookies, use analytics beacons, or otherwise monitor your use of this website. Requests to load third-party fonts may be logged by the font provider in accordance with their own policies.

3. How and why we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and (should you proceed) deliver the agreed services. Our lawful bases are:

• Legitimate interest — answering enquiries and assessing whether we can assist with a project;
• Contract performance — preparing a quotation and delivering services once a project is agreed;
• Consent — where you have ticked any optional marketing preference.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Where your data is held and how long we keep it

Data you submit through the brief form is transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our email and hosting provider, which stores it within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Enquiry details are retained while your project is under discussion and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a project proceeds, in which case records relevant to the ongoing contract are kept for the life of the contract plus six years for accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to erase your data;
• restrict or object to our processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw any consent you have given.
